We called them out last year, to clean the evaporator coil on my elderly mothers air conditioner. The technician used a coil cleaner and scrubbed the coil with a brush. But neglected to rinse the cleaner off the coil with water. He told us the water condensation from the coil would rinse the cleaner off. Within a half hour after he left. My mothers apartment was filled with a very strong chemical smell, making it very difficult to breathe.. We had to open up all the windows and leave her apartment for several hours. They charged my 84 year old Mother $475.00 dollars for this 45 minute substandard service call. And almost soffocated us in the process. If you are looking for a company who doesn't know or care about what they are doing. And completely rip you off in the process. This is the company for you. Thanks

Extremely dissatisfied…I spent $7500 in February of 2023 for a new A/C unit..the fan broke and needed to be replaced.A technician from West End came on Tuesday morning, said they didn't have the part but would order it and would call me later that day….. I waited until 4:00 Wednesday, called the office and was told that the person who orders the parts was out that day from work and had no idea if the part was ordered…

We called and scheduled an appointment to repair our central a/c, they sent out Lev Last, what a mistake that was, after replacing 3 separate parts, the a/c only ran for a day before going out again, had to call another company and they found a major freon leak in the system, we ended up having to replace the a/c in our home. We do not recommend this company!
