New HVAC system. My old one was 20 years old and was on its way out. Got the new one before it finally quit. Neil came and checked everything Thursday and the system was installed Tuesday.. His technicians Ronald and Nelson were here promptly and did a great professional job.

In 2016, UltraCool installed a new AC unit in our home. For YEARS, we've had issues with that AC. Constant leakage mainly leading to THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs over the years and floor damage. Finally this year, we decided to replace the unit. Just now, after having various companies assessing the unit for replacement, we learned that Ultracool installed a 3.5 ton condenser but a 3.0 ton air handler. Because the two did not match, it led to poor functioning of the AC unit and the problems we've had over the years. I went back to the invoice to see how in the world we did not notice that before. The invoice stated that we were getting a 3.5 ton system! Nothing is noted about the difference in the air handler versus the condenser. I'm sharing this info to save others the grief and money that we've spent over the years.

Had brand new unit installed 2024. Unit was installed improper so that the A/C filter is unable to be removed. Have been in Contact with Lisa multiple times since July of 2025 and still they have not rectified issue. Would not recommend.
