John Thomas is not only the most knowledgeable marine AC expert I've ever met, but he's also incredibly focused on great service. He has consistently gone above & beyond in EVERY interaction with him. The first time we experienced it was when we had an emergency replacement needed on the main AC in our boat's salon and he not only found a replacement unit (220V, on a Saturday!), but he also installed it in a very clean & professional manner. Then, again on a Saturday, we had another AC unit. I called him and despite being very busy at the Miami Boat Show, he dropped everything he was doing to save the day again! He was patient & very clear while talking me through a repair to an issue we had caused – he helped us throughout the whole process & got us back up & running in less than 15 minutes! I give Thomas Marine my highest recommendation.

I called twice for an appointment. First call my information was taken down. Second call one week later confirmed the first call was ignored. Ordered a simple preventative maintenance visit on the salt water converter system I purchased from Thomas (approx $18,000). After another 10 days, no response even though I filled out their Docusign to assure payment. These people have zero commitment to customer service. Looking for an alternate .

SCAM ARTIST – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I am beyond frustrated with the service I’ve received from this company. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on a new unit, and it has continuously broken down. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times for support, but they refuse to return my calls or provide any sort of assistance.
For the amount of money I paid, I expected reliable equipment and decent customer service. Unfortunately, what I’ve received is the complete opposite, constant issues with the unit and absolutely no support when I need help. It’s completely unacceptable.
If you're thinking of doing business with them, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and the money. I regret ever choosing this company.

This company changed my A/C on my boat and it has not worked since day one. Jhon keeps giving me used car salesmen talk. Every time he has been on my boat since he changed out my A/C it has been down. I tried to call him on Friday and he never responded. I spent 21k on a new system and it never worked right since they did the work. Stay away from this scam artist. He is good with the small talk however the work they do is crap. I’m getting my lawyer involved and going after this scam artist. If you value your money stay away. You will lose your money if you use this company
