This company is terrible. Please do not waste your time or money. In our experience they stated repeatedly that they were on their way for our emergency call (a service they are sure to push on you when you work with them but are not able to accommodate) and then they sent a text message stating they were not coming and that we should not be upset because it was a Sunday, as if emergencies do not happen on Sundays. Had we known they were not coming we would have simply called another company instead of losing 4 hours waiting and potentially significant loss of product.The person was also extremely unprofessional in their messages to us when asked why they would offer services that they cannot accommodated and why they would state that they were coming and were not. The problem also stems from work they completed prior, just days before and stated that there would be no further problems. We have had nothing but problems since. This company is not a good choice at all.

Unprofessional is putting it lightly. I experienced an air issue in which I called them out for. The problem was “diagnosed” and I rendered them payment immediately. Less than a month later, the same issue occurred so I called them again. The gentleman informed me of an issue that was occurring that wasn’t diagnosed during the first visit. (Mind you, both of these “problems” ended up not existing and it was a completely separate issue) He assures me there was no charge for the visit as they were previously just out for the same problem. Three months later I am billed close to $300 for unauthorized work which was never performed. I called them to resolve the issue and would’ve been happy to render partial payment for the service call. What I did not expect was to be ridiculed and spoken so unprofessionally (I was called “a spoiled brat”) by the receptionist named Michelle. I will never use this company ever again after being treated with such disrespect.
