Kurtis and team were fast, kind and very knowledgeable. They respected our home and our kids and many animals. They were working hard in the heat and did it with a good attitude. Kurtis made sure we understood everything before he left and assured us they were just a phone call away. They were wonderful to work with and didn’t disrupt out home which is a plus for us. We were without ac for a few hours but they brought a ac window unit to ensure we could work and baby could nap without missing a beat. Highly recommend.

After several different quotes to replace my AC, I was recommended to contact Costco to get a quote. Stay Cool came out and I knew this was the company I wanted to do the job. Rashad was down to earth and explained everything so I understood. I didn't get pressured, I didn't get bs'd. Within the week my AC was replaced. As I'm writing the my house is a perfect temperature and I know I'm not going to go through this or another summer worried about it freezing up, breaking down, or getting ripped off with repairs when the house is 90 degrees. John did an excellent install job. I'm so grateful to Stay Cool. I highly recommend them!

Be careful when dealing with this company. A lot of promises are made initially prior to getting paid and then after the fact everything was left half done. It's been less then 3 years but it's been problematic since before the first year passed by. After them tell me the units would be covered for X amount of years, then they came to evaluate the ongoing issues and of course they owe me a service, overdue and one part that broke is COVERED UNDER WARRANTY but unfortunately then they tell us that in order to fix the issue that's obviously a defect, they probably have us used parts nothing looked new about it new unit costing over 6/7k. We would need 6 lbs. Of a fluid that would cost close to 1,500. Save yourselves and deal with a company that stands behind the simple etiquette of finishing a job properly. The Nest device seems to have been an open box of some sort has been defective since the beginning. A free cleaning of the air ducts was included but they seemed to have what seemed like valid excuses but really just procrastination. Not the mention the finance company they suggest you use are the worst. I feel sorry for people with bad credit if I'm OVERPAYING with having perfect credit. The unit out in the back yard has always made thumping banging noise like somethings been loose. These days the noise is really bad.

UPDATE: What a difference a day makes. First service call went well even though it didn't fix the problem. Second service call didn't go very well, the guy didn't give his name, just said, I'm from Stay Cool. I told him where the unit was, then he proceeded to the A/C with a box I assumed was the filter. Guess what? The filter wasn't changed and he left the box in the middle of the floor and left. I didn't even know he had left until I came out of the kitchen and went to look for him. But that's not the kicker. The kicker is, the issue of the whistling, knocking A/C unit is still whistling and knocking, and the company is lacking in fixing the issue. They set up another appt and didn't show up. No call either. My son called an another appt was set. He took off work to be present for the repair. The technician told him the fan was loose (he tightened the screws) and the unit was not aligned, but on the paper work, he said the issue was taken care of. If it's taken care of, why is it still whistling( the initial issue) and not cooling as it should be. During the cold spell we had, it wouldn't warm up the house either. I am not pleased with the service from this company. They sold me a product, but so far, standing by the product, SMH, they have been laying down on the job.

To a past good review to now a terrible review. The company the first 1-2x I used them were great but then they convinced me for a yearly membership, the first time they came during g the membership they only checked 1 AC and tried charging a fee for coming, what was the membership for? When I complained they waived which I appreciated but there was 2 different times my AC stopped working after business hours and no body answered my calls/texts when asking for emergency help. I had to use a different company who was more reliable and better priced.
