Tom Alexis was really good at explaining the problem. I believe he knows his job well and he has an excellent personality. He was dressed clean, neat, and I was surprised. I know air conditioning can be dirty hands on. I am very satisfied with the work.

Horrible experience!! They did a lousy job installing the air handler. To change the filter I must remove the closet door. The PVC pipe partially blocks the filter entrance, so must use a smaller size filter that is difficult to insert. The compressor is very loud. The second scheduled service never happened. They postponed twice and then didn't even show up. I don't know how they get repeat business. They deserve no stars.

Gave me a quote for a premium Trane unit and when I showed him a quote I had for a less premium unit that is cheaper he told me that unit was discontinued which is why he didn't quote that one.
Upon doing further research on my own I found that the cheaper unit is actually active and not discontinued. I then went with the cheaper option.
When the salesperson texted me this morning and I texted him that I went with the cheaper option and he then texted me that he could have given me a cheaper quote for the cheaper option, the same one he had said yesterday was discounted.

If you value your time and money, call somebody else. I scheduled a simple appointment to fix a circuit breaker on a new water heater, with a window time between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I arranged for my tenant to be at the condo to meet them. Instead of showing up, their automated system texted me updates saying “see you soon!” … Of course, during those 5 hours, my aggravated tenant was calling me every hour in which I would call their dispatch number to talk an AI system. He showed up at 5:40pm. To make matters worse, the technician didn't even bring the parts required for this basic job. So they rescheduled for 9:00 AM the following morning.
The next day was a total communication disaster as well. Starting at 8:30 AM, dispatch left me a message to call them to confirm. Of which I did immediately, back on the phone with an AI representative. I confirmed, but at 9:08am dispatch called me again saying they are trying to reach me to confirm. My tenant is now calling me asking where they are and under no circumstances will they wait hours for them to show up again. Despite confirming through the AI, human dispatchers kept calling saying it wasn't confirmed. When I tried to reach a live person, the automated system blocked me from speaking to a human being entirely. After all that stress from the day prior onto this morning, the technician didn't show up until 9:50 AM, nearly an hour late for the rescheduled time.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and shielded by an infuriating automated phone system that prevents you from reaching human help. Save yourself the headache and hire a company that respects your time and money. The job cost over $900 to replace a wire in a circuit.don christophersen, 1 star, via Google
