I felt so bad for Stanley, my technician. It was over 90 degrees and he had been working since early in the morning. It was 6 pm on a Friday when he got to me. I live in a condo and the air conditioners main condenser is on the roof of the building. The access door was locked. I contacted an on site board member who luckily was home AND had a key. Stanley waited for him to come and unlock the door but the padlock was jammed. He was so hot and so tired but he kept at it until he got the lock off and got up on the roof. He determined which air conditioner was mine before he even got up there. I was hoping it was just low on coolant but after he did the necessary testing it turned out to be a broken capacitor and another part. He immediately called Choice home warranty and got approval for the parts and the labor. He fixed it right away. He also gave me tips for maintenance and suggested that I should clean the coils if and when I could afford it. I am so grateful for Stanley. He could have just left when he found out about the roof but he didn't. He was concerned about the heat and my dog who couldn't breathe. What a great guy and incredible customer service. I highly recommend this company and especially Stanley!

Best guy to for Choice Warranty to take 45 mins to write a report that a working AC that is still working by flipping on the breaker is a non work I unit. Unprofessional and Unreliable AGAIN the air-conditioning unit is currently working as per the tech who also claimed the unit next to it also wasn't working (which it was ) they're BOTH working need to flip the breaker not Happy could not sell a compressor reported both units NOT working with choice they'll be sending another tech to confirm both unit's are work. Even thieves have some honor
