About SJS Mechanical LLC
SJS Mechanical LLC is a heat pump and heating specialist based in Coconut Creek, serving the greater Fort Lauderdale area. The company provides HVAC solutions tailored to South Florida's subtropical climate, where reliable cooling and humidity control are essential for comfort throughout the year.
With a focus on heat pump systems, SJS Mechanical offers installation, repair, and maintenance services for both residential and commercial clients. Heat pumps are particularly well-suited to the Fort Lauderdale region, where they deliver efficient year-round climate control by transferring heat rather than generating it – keeping homes cool during long, humid summers and providing warmth during brief winter cold snaps.
SJS Mechanical operates seven days a week, with hours from 7 AM to 8 PM Monday through Sunday. This extended availability reflects the reality of HVAC needs in South Florida, where system failures during peak summer heat can quickly become urgent. Having consistent weekend and evening availability means customers can schedule service calls around their own schedules rather than waiting for a standard weekday appointment.
The company's service area in and around Coconut Creek positions it to serve communities across Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale and surrounding neighborhoods. South Florida's high temperatures and humidity levels place heavy demands on HVAC equipment, making routine maintenance and timely repairs critical for keeping systems running efficiently.
For homeowners and businesses in the Fort Lauderdale area looking for heat pump and heating services, SJS Mechanical LLC can be reached at (786) 783-4050 during their daily operating hours.

SJS Mechanical was able to replace my central AC blower motor within 24 hours at the lowest cost. Perfect Cooling, All Year Cooling and Lindstrom were almost double the price. Thank you guys!!!
**UPDATE JULY 2026**
I needed to replace my A/C & Water Heater and although I ultimately chose another company for my project, I had a very positive experience with SJS during the estimate process. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to come out and provide a clear quote. My final decision was based primarily on the overall package. I needed both my air-conditioning system and water heater replaced, along with 24-month interest-free financing. Another local A/C Company was able to provide everything I needed at a significantly lower total price.
I truly appreciated SJS's time, professionalism, and courteous service, and I would still recommend giving them an opportunity to provide an estimate.
