I met Don R at a business conference a number of years ago. I kept his number. When my AC had a problem, I called. He answered right away. He sent someone out the same day. The problem was quickly repaired. Price was fair. Can't ask for more. Positive experience.

My system was tripping but working. I knew before I called them that it was ready to be replaced. This was confirmed by the technician and I agreed to go ahead and to quote me for the new system. After he left, I could not get the system to even turn on! I called the company and that is when the real problem began. Don, who called me back said it was old, which of course I knew. He said I had refused to allow the technician to do any repairs, which was untrue (he never suggested it) He said it just died at that moment when the technician arrived and that was why it wasn't working at all (amazing coincidence!) Mostly, he tried to make me feel foolish with his supercilious dismissive attitude. I found out that Don is the owner! What a poor business man to treat a customer that way! I called another company who told me how to keep my system going for the next 2 days until they can replace it.

i would never do business with this company. The guy can’t even drive correctly you expect him to install your units right. So many other well qualified people other there keep looking. This guys a joke.
