Good afternoon! Yesterday we had a water emergency; it was coming through the window and reaching the living room downstairs. I never thought they would arrive to help us so quickly. My wife was really worried about the damage, but as soon as the Locandro team from SERVPRO got here, they acted fast and prevented it from getting worse. Thank you for the help; it was truly the best experience. 100% recommended!

Hey! Just wanted to share that about a month ago, our neighbor had a flood and recommended SERVPRO of Sunrise, specifically Team Locandro. I was really impressed by the inspection they did for us because we had a moisture problem on one wall that was changing color. I called them right away, and Carolina came with Randy. They explained everything so clearly, even took a moisture reading with a device. I had no idea that could happen! We’re now looking into remediation with them, but first, we need to do the mold test protocol, which they can’t do out of ethics. Seriously, if you don’t know, these things can happen. Thanks, guys! 100% recommend

Was very disappointed with service pro’s responsiveness. After my initial contact, I was very much looking forward to hiring them to do the work needed to my house. The gentleman who stopped by our house was nice and said he would send us an estimate. Well, that never happened. I understand that businesses get busy, so after waiting for a week I wasn’t upset that we had yet to receive that estimate. I called and spoke to the office and they said they would have the estimate sent out, so I said not a problem. Waited another week and nothing. I called again and spoke to the office and was told the same thing, that we would have the estimate by the end of the day. Didn’t get it. I called a 3rd time and this time stated that if they didn’t want to job, that was fine, but to please let me know so that I can start looking elsewhere if that was the case. I said I didn’t want to go that route bc I did like the person that stopped by, but if I needed to find someone else to please let me know. The lady at the office said she would forward over my message to the technician that stopped by and he would send me the proposal by that day. It’s been over 4 days and still nothing. I get that places get busy, but it’s not professional to now get back to a potential customer. Even if they couldn’t get to our repairs right away we would have been understanding, I get that places are backed up due to COVID, but not getting back to someone at all isn’t professional. What a shame bc judging from all these other reviews, which is what got me to call them in the first place, they seem to do good work.

If you have an option, do not use their service. It was unprofessional and they left things behind after the job was finished. While the insurance company was working out payment with them, they used extremely unprofessional and vicious tactics to obtain payment from us. I wish I would have chose a different service. I would give ZERO stars if I could. And for clarification, this is not just about their payment tactics, their service was horrible and unsatisfactory. We have also reported this to our insurance company so that they do not suggest the use of this company again.
