HORRIBLE!! I booked my appt 2 1/2 weeks ago. Called last week to confirm, called Monday to confirm, called Tuesday (the day of the appt) to inquire where the technician is. Now that they have missed their appt entirely, I've learned they have a bigger commercial job and they are unable to come out at all. Yes, the day after they missed the appt without so much as a call, I called again only to learn my appt was bumped by a bigger job. I stressed at time of scheduling this service appt was for a home closing. It was important! Never use this company unless you have the time to be jerked around & possibly canceled altogether.

Stay away from this company since they are discourteous, arrogant and impatient. Whoever answered my call, hung up on me like 25 seconds after the conversation started and when I called back he started calling dumb and was being very sarcastic. Never did I have such a bad experience till now, WRITING A BAD REVIEW FOR THE FIRST TIME, from this you can understand what kind of service this company provides.
