We've been a customer of Prime Air Conditioner LLC since 2020. We're very pleased with their company including both installations and service. We have 2 commercial A/C units in our offices that they put in and maintained and we have 3 residential units in three separate condos that we own where they've installed and maintained the units and we're planning to have them replace the last one soon. We've recommended them to other people (including my next door neighbor who had 2 units installed).
Gerald and his technicians including Wilson, George and most recently Kensley and Trent are all polite capable young men. When we need something and call, Day usually answers and coordinates the service in a super friendly way.

Saved my life ! My AC broke down and I called them and Gerald took charge, came to my home and resolved the problem. I recommend Prime Air Conditioning to everyone! Great service! On point !!

Called at 5:30pm, fixed by 6:30pm.
Honestly they impressed my husband more than me since he was urging me to make a review. That alone is enough for 5 stars lol. Husband is very suspicious about any contractor really, expecting to get scammed or over charged yada yada.
The issue was a broken capacitor. Charged us $250 total (was going to be $85 to come out regardless). Husband thinks that's pretty reasonable… Personally most places were closing and this place had decent reviews and was active on Google which is a plus in my book. I just wanted to not be sweating in an extreme heat wave.
We're also first time home owners so this is a first and we'll be using them again if any other issues arise.

Worst company i have ever dealt with in Florida. They have no idea what they are doing and are constantly asking tec support to help with issues of the units they install.
RAPHAEL and most of the office staff are very rude , unprofessional.
We paid 20k for 2 new units and both units had electrical comunication issues which they caused.
Their work is very sloppy and unacceptable. They spliced wires that they didnt have to and partially installed their own damaged wire so the unit would give ann electrical error. Left coper lines un insulated and exposed.
When asked to come and fix everything even though the units are 2 months old they asked to charge for the service. Even though units are still under warranty for both labor and parts.
DONT HIRE THEM. Been going back and forth for 1 month and still have a non working unit.VERY INCOMPETENT AND SLOPY COMPANY

Primary Conditioning installed our brand-new system in June 2024. Initially, we were very happy with the work and believed everything was done correctly. However, when we needed heat, we discovered it wasn’t working. We contacted their office, and they sent a technician who seemed inexperienced. He worked for a few hours that evening but didn’t resolve the issue.
Since then, we have repeatedly reached out to have someone fix the system, as neither the heat nor the air conditioning is functioning. Despite leaving multiple messages, they have not returned our calls or sent a technician. This level of service is completely unacceptable, Their lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing.
