I was told by the technician (after my AC began leaking and was repaired) that the previous technician had caused the issue. I reached out to Pride to ask for the fee I paid for the technician coming out to my home to be refunded and left a message for the manager. I explained the situation to the manager and she said it could have been other factors (e.g., wind, weather). I reiterated the specific feedback I was given. The manager said she would reach out to the technician and I still haven’t heard back. I called back to follow up and was told she was busy. I’m very disappointed by the lack of accountability when it was a clear cause and effect situation. It goes against having any integrity for your work. It could also be as simple as apologizing and refunding a fee for something that was a clear mistake.

A family member has been a customer for years, and the service has been incredibly disappointing. The A/C continues to have the same problems, yet every visit seems to come with another expensive repair recommendation instead of a lasting solution. It feels like your company is taking advantage of an elderly customer rather than standing behind its work. I would not recommend this company.

This is only the second time I’ve contacted your company in the past two years, and this experience has been extremely disappointing\. I expected a fair and reasonable estimate, not one that would cost nearly as much as replacing the entire appliance\.
