We moved to Florida four years ago and initially relied on building staff recommendations for HVAC service, something we’ve since learned can be a mistake. Despite repeated assurances during annual tune-ups that our heat would work when it got cold, it never did.
At a contractor's suggestion, we contacted Matt the owner of Polar Bear, and Doriel quickly scheduled a visit. Al took the time to thoroughly inspect our unit and found it had been poorly maintained for years. He tuned it up and ultimately diagnosed the issue: the heat function worked, but the thermostat had never been properly connected, something no previous company had caught. Subsequently on another visit Al installed a wifi enabled thermostat perfect for us.

He almost caused an accident!! Today, Tuesday, April 16th, around 1 pm, your driver who was driving this vehicle was driving like a maniac. He swerved and braked suddenly, almost causing an accident with me and two cars behind me. This kind of behavior should be sanctioned by your company since he's doing it with your vehicle's name. This is unacceptable, and they think they can put other people at risk without considering the consequences. I will be sending the video evidence to your email."

Worst customer service ever!
I bought an unit with them,the installation was horrible, my thermostat is not even straight on my wall! I called them back to come see my unit cause I have a lot of condensation in my condo! The guy who came to my house was very rude, never fixed my issue and was not professional at all,
