I work as an Aid to an elderly woman who is bed bound and has frequent AC issues. So I contacted this company after having bad experiences with the conglomerates, and the owner of this company has been a complete GEM! He’s so kind and professional, very honest, does great work and won’t try to sell you on unnecessary things. If she’s needed any assistance spur of the moment, he has been so dependable and will make sure to come as soon as he can the same day. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone.

Pésimo servicio. Me cobraron 380$ por cambiar un capacitador (que cuesta 50$ como mucho)… Lo peor es que lo hicieron sin decirme el precio. Muy poco profesionales.

Pésimo servicio. Primeramente me comuniqué con ellos porque mi aire acondicionado no estaba enfriando. Al hablar con la persona encargada fui muy claro, le pregunté cuánto cobraba y me dijo que me lo diría al revisar. La persona llegó a la casa, y arregló el problema (el capacitador del aire), que cabe destacar que un capacitador no cuesta más de $50… la persona lo hizo sin preguntarme y al final me dice que son 380$… yo fui muy claro que necesitaba saber el costo antes de realizar el servicio. La persona hizo caso omiso y realizó el trabajo sin autorización y finalmente me cobró una cifra desmedida. Cero profesionales y abusadores. Si quieren perder su dinero fácilmente, llámenlos. Pero no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
