I was very satisfied with the AC maintenance visit today. AlCapone (yes, that's his name) was great. He was on time, efficient, and friendly. I've used Must Air in the past and their level of service has always been very high and professional.

UPDATE: After two and a half years, the thing finally started leaking and another AC company got it fixed for reasonable charges. 2 and a half years!!! after they claimed I had a leak. And you know where the leak was after 2 and a half years? The same inside coil that must air replaced. They still owe me 700 dollars for blatant lies and yet they keep responding that they are trying to contact me. The only one contacting is me to them multiple times and they have never responded. Except the one time when Maya sent an email to me meant for someone in the company saying I was the one that kept updating my review and then still they never got back to me. Use the company that is blatantly lying to people at your own risk or call Vital AC.

SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT USE Leaving original review below. BTW, they ask you to provide a review so take all those high reviews with some skepticism. To try to make a long story short, about 2 months after Must Air came I called as I wasn't sure if the A/C was cooling as fast as it should. I talked to someone named Larry and told him 2 months ago they replaced the coil and he said this is why we have a satisfaction guarantee multiple times. No mention of cost and any reasonable person would assume they would fix their work right? Wrong, tech comes and I ask him if there is any leak and he says no, I said did you put in any freon and he did the pinch with his fingers and said a tiny bit. He didn't even open up the unit which I thought was fishy. A day or two later I get a bill for 294.90 and I'm literally in shock. First they tried to charge me for a weekend when they moved the service to a weekend and again I never told them to come out, they said they needed to come out. The end result was 294.90 even after told that Larry said satisfaction guarantee. They claimed they put 2lbs of refrigerant in a 8lb system. Remember what I said about the tech and a tiny bit? Maya proceeds to tell me that there is a leak in the system and they told me that if they change the evaporator coil without checking it there might still be a leak. Yes because the other certified A/C company that let me listen to the leak was incompetent. That coil ran out of refrigerant in 3 days to give backstory. Now we are two months later and she is trying to claim that the leak is still there. She wanted to do a leak test and I'm not joking quoted 820 dollars. I immediately called two other places and one quoted 493 and one quoted 485 for the exact same thing. I called back and said will you match honestly believing there was no leak and she said no this is already discounted. Yes the discounted scam rate. So I have the company that quoted 493 come out and do a leak test, they actually said I didn't need the 493 test and for 303 they can leak test it with their best tech. He came out, 25 years of experience, actually took the unit apart and went in the attic and said there is no leak. I said how can that be if it needed 2 lbs of freon? He said they are either lying and never put it in or they left the test valves open. I sent them the invoice for payment and yet they have never paid me for the wasted leak test that a third party had to do to prove their scam. Somehow they still expect me to pay their invoice when I was never supposed to pay for the service in the first place.
"I had called another place that said I had a leaking evaporator coil in my Daikin Fit system. When it came time to replace the coil, they tried to charge me over 1500 dollars when I had the labor warranty. I called Must Air and they told me it would be no charge, I only had to pay for the freon. True to their word, all I paid for was the freon and it was almost half the price that the other place wanted to charge for freon. The tech they sent over was one of the nicest A/C techs I've ever dealt with. I would definitely use them again!!"

Started the work in MAY, did not inform us prior that they use subcontractors who had some misunderstandings about the work to be done. FAILED INSPECTIONS WITH THE CITY THREE TIMES and finally passed today DECEMBER. Make sure you have the check in your hand for when they finally pass inspection because they will bully you when you are in the middle of a meeting to say the worker can’t leave your house without final payment. (I have always paid via zelle, on time and more than the contract asked for in the stages, but still received that treatment) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMPANY.

Edited to respond. If you do not use subcontractors who are the people that showed up in plain clothes to do the work in May? When I asked him about the work he told me it is between me and the office and that he was contracted. The rest of your workers always shows up in uniforms.

Secondly needing to be paid is never an issue. A reminder after months of dealing with you to “please have final payment ready today if we pass inspection or the technician won’t be allowed to leave” would be fine. As a business owner you could have reminded me this morning, so that when the tech came back in two hours I could be ready. Not threaten me to reopen the permit when I repeatedly told you and your staff that I am in a meeting. I have paid over $7,000 with your company so it’s obvious I would pay.

The one star given is not only for payment issue.

NO SHOW! NO FOLLOW UP! COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME!
No show on first appointment….waited hours for nothing.
After calling twice they apologized and set new appointment…..they called after I waited hours more to advise they would not be able to come. Asked me to schedule third appointment. After waiting again on the third appointment they called at the time they were expected to arrive only to advise they'd be there many hours later.
Technician finally came and he said they would call with estimate later that day….but nothing!
No call no email.
I called the company three times to find out when the estimate was coming and three times they promised it would be sent by the end of the day. 8 days later …still NOTHING!
9 DAYS WASTED ON THIS COMPANY'S AGGREGIOUS UNPROFESSIONALISM.
AT THIS POINT AFTER 9 DAYS OF THE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE ANY BUSINESS. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

UPDATE! THE OWNER FALSELY CLAIMS MY REVIEW IS SPAM!
ABSOLUTELY NOT SPAM! THIS IS A SHODDY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT SHOW UP AND THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! I STAND BEHIND MY REVIEW TO WARM OTHERS TO AVOID!
