When ur ac goes out in July in Florida u need a company that is reliable fast and competent. M&S, particularly Brad was persistent in helping diagnosis the issues and got my ac up and running. I would recommend getting their annual service contract as it is well worth the money. Once u get past the AI operator and reach the main office and have a contact like Brad that stays on top of things the rest is smooth sailing at a reasonable cost

Service man was excellent. But $316.00 for 10 minutes service to vacuum drain line. Why do I have a service contract? Why is my drain clogged when I have bi-annual cleanings with my service contract? Drain line issues used to be included in my service plan. Been waiting for someone to call me back!?!?!

Company has become a joke. Mike Sold out to private equity a while back and the company is terrible. Call and have an AI computer take the info, to wait to get transferred to another human, same questions, who then books the completely wrong time, all while forcing an $89.00 “privilege” fee all to have them make you wait all day like an idiot. I’ve used M and S for years, had Mike install all my units on all my businesses and he’s the only one I trusted at my person residence.
Time to move on, this company has gotten to big for their customers
