The most negative experience. My business partner and I came in to buy duct supplies, the guy at the cash register started threatening to call the cops because I didn't have an account. Absolutely unprovoked and unprofessional.

Nasty attitude from staff when i asked about my EPA account i had open for over 8 years , entitled , rude and condescending from the white guy with the tattos , hire people with customer skills and that actually want to work . Never coming back to this dump

I walked into the Johnstone supply and said good morning and the gentleman at the counter didn't respond back with a good morning but negatively looked at me and said so I have an account I told him the account instead of him calling the owner of the account he responds your name isn't on the account his job is to serve the customers not question them I have been buying products from Johnstone for over 30 yrs but I haven't been buying products from them and thus was the reason I stop before I walk out and took my business to Gemair who ask me the and say how can I help you sir.
