Paid $80 for a misdiagnosis … told it was my AC motherboard and wiring quoted $1750 to fix and they never mentioned anything about my refrigerant… I called integrity air & heat and they came out same day told me it was just low on refrigerant paid $200 for refill, issue resolved have had no ac issues since. This company tried to scam me out of $1750 which had nothing to do with the real underlying issue and denied refunding me the $80 that they misdiagnosed. Wouldn’t do business with this company again.

I didn't even hire them. I called asking about services and I denied service and hung up. They are calling and texting me, harassing me. Trying to get my business, I told them no several times, and they will not quit calling. This behavior makes me want to hire you even less!
