Joe from sales came explained everything, showed me what to expect online and the online process was clear and easy to do. The installation was expert and went well. Words cant describe how happy I am with this company. There are so many AC companies to choose from but look no further. Everything was so easy: from scheduling, to estimating, to fixing the problem. I had to issues: replacing the old unit and fixing the second unit. The AC repairman Jisaiah is a rock star. He is a super nice guy, patient and kind. He made sure to double check everything before starting the labor. He did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to everyone.
The next day my old AC unit was change. Service technician Stephan and Log were awesome, very professional and knowledgeable. My new unit is working wonderfully.

I purchased a home that was already using this company for a maintenance contract, and I decided to keep them on board since they were the original installers and supposedly knew the ins and outs of the system. They had no problem collecting the maintenance fees, but the moment you actually need service, it becomes all about $$$ and negotiating every little thing.
I used them multiple times and constantly felt like I was being upcharged for things that should’ve been included. Every visit turned into another discussion about extra fees, additional charges, or things conveniently “not covered.” Overall, a very poor experience.
I ended my maintenance contract a few months ago. Recently, I called because my compressor was making a very loud noise that clearly was not normal. They collected their fee to come out, I was told everything checked out fine. Fast forward to today, the A/C stopped cooling completely. I went into the attic to check the air handler and found a complete mess left behind from whoever last serviced the unit: Gatorade bottles, water bottles, pipes, fittings, and random trash scattered around the attic. Extremely unprofessional.
At the end of the day, I just want an A/C company that performs yearly maintenance properly, keeps the unit running well, and when something breaks, comes out, fixes it, and charges fairly for parts and labor without a million hidden fees and constant upselling.
This is not that company. I’d avoid.
