Chad and his team are very professional and installed and converted from a package unit to a split Trane true comfort 20, 4 Ton system which we are loving. Super quiet and reduced the humidity in our home significantly. They also added returns in every bedroom. It feels much cooler in all areas of our home. I would recommend Chad and his team

Time was 1-3. Technician called at 3:02 to inform us they would be arriving at 4:00.After being told this was all under warranty, I was slapped with a $495.00 bill for installing the piece. No where was I told this would cost this much. Again- deeply disappointment with the lack of communication and transparency.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with, I can only assume the majority of these reviews are fake or paid for. I asked for tech to come out to give me a quote on a expensive job. The tech who showed up said he was the son of the owner and was visibly stoned. He kept stumbling over his words and correcting himself and seemed to not have a basic understanding of what was going on. I also asked if a tech could be sent out for a temporary fix while waiting for a replacement quote and was told he would reach out to me that day or the next morning with the quotye and a tech appointment. neither happened. When I reached back out to inquire abot the tech coming out they told me they could have someone out that day. I took off work at the time they said they were coming and nobody showed up. No call, no contact…nothing. Not only did they not give me a quote for the job they didnt show up to the appointment. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
