I am incredibly pleased with the work. Three professionals came and replaced my air conditioner, and they checked everything before leaving. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, and I have absolutely no regrets about choosing them, plus, the price was quite reasonable compared to others.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication from Good Air.
I live in a newer condo building where Good Air installed the original AC unit only 4½ years ago. Since installation, the system has experienced multiple leaks, and now the entire unit had to be replaced.
For the past two weeks, I have called/emailed multiple times requesting information and pricing to either replace the compressor or obtain a quote for replacement. Each time I was told I would receive the information “by the end of the day,” yet it has been three days. They came to take pictures of my unit said they would be there at 11 am and didn’t show up until after 3 pm
The lack of communication, responsiveness, and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. When a customer is dealing with a major AC issue in South Florida, timely communication should be a priority.
Based on my experience, Good Air appears to have little interest in retaining customers or standing behind the products and installations they provide. I would not recommend them to others.

Worst company ever. I called about the AC unit in my apartment missing a On/Off button. After a few days waiting for a response and calling numerous times , they said the engineer who was already in my building can come to investigate the issue. He came, spent a total of 30 seconds in my apartment to confirm that the button does in fact need replacing and for this, the company charged me 125$ (!!) with the promise that it would be offset from the cost of the button replacement. After two weeks of writing to them; I finally got a quote for the replacement but the 125$ had NOT been deducted as promised. It’s been A MONTH and I have sent over 10 emails (which I can see have all been opened) and called over 5 times with no reply. The employee who has mostly been unresponsive is called JANICE and she needs some customer service training ASAP. So essentially in 6 weeks, the company stole 125$ from me and failed to fix the only issue that would actually get my AC to work. STAY AWAY !!!!
