I recently had my entire air conditioner and air handler replaced, and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. The team was incredibly professional, fast, and respectful of my home from start to finish.
What impressed me first was the customer service. When I initially called to schedule the appointment, it was later in the evening and I honestly expected to reach voicemail and hear back the next day. Instead, they actually had people available and ready to help after hours, which immediately gave me confidence in the company.The attention to detail throughout the installation was outstanding. Before starting, they carefully laid down tarps throughout the work areas, and when the installation was complete there was not a speck of dust or debris left behind. The entire replacement of the AC unit and air handler was completed in about 3 hours, which was amazing considering the amount of work involved.
Outside, the technician even took the time to show me how he properly leveled the unit so the compressor oil stays evenly distributed during operation instead of pooling to one side. That level of care and craftsmanship really stood out to me and showed they take pride in doing the job correctly, not just quickly.
Excellent workmanship, knowledgeable technicians, and outstanding customer service from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing AC work done.

An hour before my flight, i accidently discovered that my AC unit was leaking and created a big pool of water which was starting to migrate into hallway. Called Liberty frantically!
Mo the dispatcher, made some calls to his service man in route and dispatched them to come by immediately and identify and fix the problem.
Angelo came out within an hour, identified that the condo main drain is clogged and performed the necessary service. While I was already at the airport, he called and explained the issue, took pictures, and explained what needed to be done going forward. What a relief knowing its fixed and i can go on without worries. Thank You!

Brand new AC installed. Crane never showed, 5 floor walk up. Conked out day 2 due to installer not blowing out line at install- repaired. Leaking since day 1. 3 weeks later being asked for $99 to diagnose leak that won’t stop.

Extremely disappointing experience with Filterbuy/Liberty Air.
I had an AC maintenance service from them, and just a few days later my drain line backed up and shut down my system. When the technician (Mark) returned, he became defensive when we questioned whether the drain line had been properly serviced. He even threatened to leave before completing the work.
Instead of properly clearing the drain line, he cut off a section of my exterior PVC drain pipe without discussing it with us or obtaining permission. Later that same day, the drain line backed up again and water leaked into my home.
What frustrated me most was the company’s handling of the situation afterward. I spent about an hour on the phone with a manager (Christian), who later agreed to send a technician back for a $49 service call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. However, No one showed up for the appointment, and no one contacted me. When I called the office, I was told the technician will only come if I pay $199 instead. This directly contradicted the agreement that had been made the previous day. They attempted to charge me a significant price to address issues that appeared to result from their own maintenance work.
I also discovered that my maintenance plan includes a $50 filter credit. However, when I asked about using that benefit, I was told the company no longer offers it.
After the failed maintenance, poor communication, the missed appointment, and conflicting information, I was left with a leaking AC system. It has been a very frustrating experience working with this company.

Called them to come out and clean out my ac units. Gave me a price over the phone and scheduled me between 1-3 for that next Tuesday. No one shows up. I call them at 3:30 they let me know my call was on the schedule but no technician was assigned to it. Great. I give them the benefit of the doubt and let them reschedule me. The technician shows up the day of and let’s me know if I want it cleaned it out it would be $850. I let him know that was not what me and the sales rep agreed to. He walks to each units and looks at them for a second and says they both need to be either replaced or extensively cleaned. Well considering I called to get them cleaned I couldn’t have imaged that! I get the invoice and look at the description to see what it says.
