I used Erica's Plumbing, A/C & Restoration for plumbing services in July 2026. On July 10, 2026, the company performed a minor leak search and concrete chopping, charging a total of $1,005.10. On July 13, 2026, they performed a stack drain repair, a drain re-pipe, and a garbage disposal replacement, charging a total of $3,320.08. The invoices totaled $4,325.18. The terms and conditions on their invoices explicitly state that the company will deny refunds and seek legal remedies if a customer publicizes negative feedback on social media networks or reports them to the BBB prior to speaking with their support team.

No Diagnotics tools. Paid for Installation of two valves so that we can Diagnose where the gas leak was. Paid $1,000 just to determine that we still have a leak. After speaking with Fl utilities person that came out; 1000+ dollars paid was still too much and still have an issue.

Overpriced company, without breaking down the costs. I don’t recommend. They came to repair/change two hose bibs that were leaking behind our washer machine and they total it for 629… I figured it would be a 2-3 hour job for the amount they quoted, he did it in 48 min. Not sure how this company prices stuff since they claim they don’t have flat rates, does replacing two hose bibs cost 629? I don’t think so, hose bibs are at most 14 dollars a piece and he didn’t work for more than an hour to charge this much. I’m very disappointed in this company. Also Nate D. seemed nice in person, but when my husband who had been at physical therapist while Nate had worked on the hose bibs called, he became a total different person. He was cussing my husband out on the phone when we were trying to figure out why the price was so high… I’m not happy at all
