Terrible drivers! Almost got ran off the road by one technician on the Sawgrass Expressway today 12/16/25 at 3:30pm. Driver was super rude holding down his horn while overtaking a MINI-VAN with a baby on board from BEHIND. He needs his license revoked!

Their accounting department charged my card before the invoice discrepancies were resolved. I was told multiple times that a manager would call me back, but nothing. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

I ask for quotation and after 1 hour looking my unit Rob said pressure pump was leaking and must be replaced at usd 2450 + labor. I did not accept his diagnostic and sent the pump to repair with Proline Equipment inc. and the pump was with 100% pressure, like new, grease cap open… I spent usd 150 for the oil change and checks with Proline. On top, today I was charged usd 347.87 for Rob's visit (2.25 hs labor they say) I complained several times about this charge over a wrong diagnostic and they charge me anyway. So here is my complain.
