They were on time. Very efficient, professional and good service. Highly recommend them. They have replaced two ACs units and I have not had any problems. Always there when they say they are coming. I am extremely happy and satisfied with this company.

Very Professional and friendly service with the dispatch person and Electrician, Perry. I called in the evening and got an appointment for the next morning. Perry was on time and was detailed in solving the problem. He then took the time to look at another house a/c unit next door and found the problem immediately. Thanks Echo.

This was my second scheduled service with Echo. As last time, their technicial, Perry, was on-time and very efficient and polite.
The renewal of my annual service agreement was also $30 less than last year, so that was a pleasant surprise.
I'd definitely recommend using Echo.

To all future customers, be aware this company just changed $159 , bringing vacuum cleaner making impression that’s all dust removed , but I just bring another company to make sure no any dust leftover, that’s company put the camera inside and let me know all dust all over clogged A/C BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

Perry the technician was great, and did a very good job of keeping me informed about what he was doing. He was neat and courteous.
However, I had called the day before, and asked how much the service call would be. I was told it would be $125 per hour, plus any parts. The tech was here for 45 minutes. I was charged for the Freon, and was fine with that, but was charged $250 for the service call! Feels like bate and switch to me. I will not be calling them for service again.
