Twice I’ve bought a fan motor from this store and they didn’t work right out the box, when I went to return the motor I was told since it was opened it can’t be returned, the first time it happened I can understand but two times in a row the motor didn’t work, other stores return policies are not available better and the motors actually work.

Just called them to ask a question and see if they have a part for my a/c and the person that answered the phone didn't want to be bothered and was very rude. I would not recommend this place to any one if they don't have time to answer a question.
