Deplorable. I spent 7K for a new AC two years ago and it just failed. They are seriously asking for $2,200 more to repair. Go somewhere else.

A poor experience that continues. 11 months after $9000 system replacement, which was a dissappointment, the system failed. Contacting them for a service call is impossible due to the AI agents controlling both the text and phone communication. So far, 15 hours with no response. So, if you want to pay top dollar for a mediocre job that fails in under a year, sleep with no AC and get ignored when requestong service, then you will love this company.

They Installed my system a couple of years ago. On Saturday night The unit was not cooling. Reached out to them via text on their site just to deal with an AI agent. Continue texting on my phone and at about noon I texted for an ETA AI gave me a phone to call to get immediate answers. I called just to talk to another AI agent which try to simulate a human making noise on a keyboard. AI agent told me she was going to escalate so someone would call me. Well didn't get a call and finally gave up by 3 PM. Call another company and they were here within the hour and the job was done in no time. Well AI did its job and hopefully will give their human owners feedback on how not to loose customers.
