We purchased a new unit Air Conditioning unit less than 2 1/2 years ago and paid $ 25,000 for that AC SYSTEM.
The unit failed and we now have over $ 25,000-$ 50,000 worth of home damage
After calling for 2 day with no response or call back finally a Cousins Representative came over, agreed it was THEIR fault..and instead of offering us any compensation for them basically destroying our home…they offered us one year of free maintenance, worth $ 500! I wouldn't let them anywhere near my home.
They put in faulty units..and then don;t stand by their work.
It says the Owner's were a family by the names of John BresciaJr. and Jim Brescia..but of course you can not speak to an Owner..
and employees that take no reponsibilty for the Company's lack of honesty, integrity and RESPONSIBILITY!
I am living with blowing machines, dust and mold everywhere.
