The air conditioner in our condo needed to be replaced. This company was recommended by a friend. When I contacted them their technicians came promptly to assess and within a few days returned to do the job. Their management contacted our HOA. Before they started the actual work all necessary forms were processed and available. This was very helpful for me . The two technicians Keilen and Jes'us that did the job, which was not easy due to limited space, were courteous, professional and efficient. It took several hours to complete but they were knowledgeable and overcame any obstacles. When they left the work area was cleaner that it had been previously.

We had used Coralair for repairs in an aging AC. After several "fixes" we decided to cut our losses and buy a brand new AC. Our concern was when we go on vacation and we wanted to ensure the house was reliably kept at a cool temperature. Last spring Coolair replaced the systems and we spent thousands for this. Over the next 12 months they had to come out three times as it stopped working. They charged us each time! It continues to stop working and they want to charge for every call out. My 20 year old system was more reliable! We cannot access the drain pipe to clean any algae ourselves, as we did in the old system. I now have a new AC that doesn't work properly and am thousands out of pocket Thanks Coolair

Zero stars if I could! Stay clear of this company! “THEY” hired a crane company to put unit on the roof of my 5 story condo. Crane company damaged the pavers under awning. Association charged me $1000 for repair and low life owner of Coralaire said I need to work it out with the crane company. My contract was with Coralaire and they subcontracted the crane company. It was up to them to pay me and then work it out with the crane company. After calling them a few times, they cursed at me and hung up on me. Very professional?They also had to come to my Condo five times to get my new AC to work properly. Three different thermostats. Their service techs have no idea what they’re doing. I know more than them. Stay away from this company, Very unprofessional, rude and low life’s. THE WORST!!!

This company is unprofessional and very inconsistent. My husband and I have been having AC problems and the multiple time they’ve come out they have done nothing for us. Jason the owner is very rude and never willing to find out the real problem of the situation. Never hire this company if you want honest, dependable work done for your AC unit.
