My A/C stopped cooling on Friday. I left a message for Cool Max Air on Saturday morning. Edwin called me back in the morning, and he stopped by in the afternoon. He diagnosed my problem quickly, and did all the work for a fair price. The condenser’s motor had died, and it was corroded onto the fan. It required a lot of effort to pry it loose without damaging the fan. It was also raining off and on… Edwin did not have the specific motor for my condenser, so he called various suppliers, which were about to close. He had his employee pick up the motor Sunday morning, and he came at the agreed upon time. It took him 30 minutes to finish the installation. My A/C was back to blowing cool air. Edwin is true to his word, hard working, and respectful. I would recommend Edwin

I gave them a 5-star review after the installation. Now, 6 months later, I have to downgrade it.
They forgot to install the heater which I paid for – it is clearly stated in the invoice. For the first few months Edwin promised me to correct their mistake "as soon as…". For the last four he stopped answering my calls/texts. Excellent company before you pay them in full. You'll never see them again after that.
