5 stars! My AC unit broke on a Friday. Spoke with Chris the owners son that following Monday. The very next day, Tuesday, Nava and Dom arrived at 9am on the dot. They were extremely experienced and worked all day long. The house is freezing now set at 75! I can’t say enough about Capital Air Comditioning. Not only did they get the job done but, they were respectful, honest and I highly recommend! .

Called for an AC replacement estimate and they came the next day.
Following Monday it was installed, craned it up to the roof and finished that day. They gave great service and had a great price.

I got a new air conditioner from Capital Air. It cost me almost $9000
Crapped out after 14 months
The technician came over and told me it was a coil and it was covered under warranty, not to worry
They sent me an invoice in the mail, and I just assumed that they were letting me know how much it would’ve cost if it had nor been covered under warranty
Lo and behold I was given bad information by their technician. it wasn’t covered under warranty. Of course I didn’t understand this until they came over to put in the new coil and wanted $4000 on the spot. They never kept the coil so that I could’ve fought with the Manufacturer and never asked me if I wanted to keep the coil or asked me if I wanted an extended warranty During the initial installation which would’ve saved me, thousands. they charged me another $4000 for a new coil. When I questioned having to pay for a new coil, they actually Spoke down to me And were incredibly rude . Five months later, my AC stopped working again. I called them first thing in the morning , reluctantly, but feeling stuck with them. Luckily, and after spending almost $13,000 with them, they never even gave me the courtesy of a Return phone call. I I didn’t try and reach them again and hired AIR CONDITION ARMY Instead. Their prices and knowledge was far superior to any support knowledge or service I ever received from Capital Air . Capital Air are awful. I referred them a lot of business in the past, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to go to air-condition army and avoid Capital Air like the plague!!!

What rude and bad customer service STAY AWAY this ac system is so bad since we received there A/C it never works and it’s a super old school system and when you reach out and tell the it doesn’t work James and the owner are rude they want to leave a family whose elderly mother had a recent stroke to suffer in hot air and not come out to fix the A/C terrible people mite be satan themselves stay away wish I can give a -0 review
