When you call the company and ask for a 9 AM appointment then they text you to confirm your 9 AM appointment and they don’t show up and then the technician texts you will be there between 9-10 then 10 to 1030 with no reason how is that even professional?

I am writing this to warn other homeowners, especially those in Central Florida, about how this company operates. I saw their ad for a "$5,700 Out the Door" 2-ton Rheem AC system
They told me it would be $6,400 with the city permit included. I was interested, until the scams started.

I sent him pictures of my completely standard, basic horizontal attic setup. Suddenly, the price jumped from $6,400 to 9,000-11,000. He sent me a list of "100% required" upgrades to justify the price hike. He was trying to charge me thousands of dollars for bare-minimum installation materials (like a $40 plastic drain pan, a $3 foam pipe insulator, and a piece of duct hanging strap).
When I called out the ridiculous price jump, he immediately tried to push me into a shady financing plan, telling me: "No credit needed! On your home's equity." This is a PACE loan trap. They try to lock you into an inflated $11,000 price tag by putting a tax lien directly on your house. Absolutely predatory.

When I refused the loan and told him his pricing didn't make sense, he threw a tantrum and threatened to do the job illegally. He texted: "I'm not gonna pull the permit then, if you want pull the permit but if you fail that's up to you."
