John and his team were absolutely amazing from the very first engagement. This one was personal as it was anew installation for my mom. John was patient, answering her questions and mine. He was professional, communicating with me every step of the process, from picking up the equipment to loading the truck and arriving at my mom’s. They spent 8 hours installing a new unit in the attic of her condo….on a hot Florida July afternoon. No breaks, no complaints, just diligently working to get the job done. Thank you John and team for an incredible experience and treating my mom with kindness.

The guy knows the job, but attitude is like a worst Karen. He think he's the best and sucks in social behavior. His team sucks as well. I won't recommend and won't hire. He will charge you for the time and not for the issue to be fixed. Not worth doing business with him, just a headache. He needs to work on his attitude or do some anger management classes.
