I’ve dealt with Brian in florida, and calling him from another state when an issue arises is nothing but smooth. He always answers and is very trustworthy. I've been using Brian for over 15 years on several commercial and residential properties. He has always been arrogant with a chip on his shoulder BUT DID GOOD WORK.
Recently his prices seemed to be high so I questioned them. He would respond that you have to pay extra if you want good work and not be cheated. I responded that I want good work at a reasonable price and that he shouldn't compare himself to crooked ac guys. Yesterday he and a helper did some equipment maintence and cleaning plus found a tripped circuit breaker and reset it.
He was on site for less than an hour and charged me $350. I called him to complain, when I googled AC maintenance prices for a tek and helper /Hr rate. I found that $125 to $200/ hr is customary in S. FLORIDA.
HE RESPONDED that because my home was worth about 2 million he charges signicantly more and was giving me a break. I paid the 350 and blocked his further BS and will never employ him again.Norah Gagliardi, 1 star, via Google
