Sadly, this experience was exactly what gives South Florida contractors such a bad reputation. Matthew the company owner is extremely money driven rather than customer service driven. He rushed their work each time they came over, argumentative instead of communicating to help find a solution, and our ac system isn’t working correctly. Felt more like a paycheck than a customer.

I spent nearly $13,000 with this company, and from the very beginning, it has been a frustrating experience.

I coordinated with a general contractor, and when their technician arrived, he was informed that he could not complete the full scope of the job. Instead of handling this professionally, he became frustrated, rushed the work, made a significant mess, and left broken cement on my brand-new tile.

During the installation of the second split AC system, I specifically requested an additional drainage line so I could connect a dehumidifier. This request was never completed, and the system was sealed without adding the line.

After the main system was installed, I called to report that one of the rooms was not receiving proper airflow. Rather than offering to inspect the issue, I was told it was “impossible” and essentially made to feel like I was wrong, even though I was physically checking the vent myself. A simple offer to come out and diagnose the issue would have been the appropriate response.

Later, they returned to treat the vents and ductwork with a Fiberlock system. Despite my home being fully renovated, including a brand-new $700 kitchen sink, they attempted to dispose of industrial chemicals in my sink. I had to insist they take the equipment outside. There was also little care taken to prevent dust and debris from spreading through the house during the process.

The work consistently felt rushed, with little attention to detail or cleanliness. After completing the job, I was told they would return to reinstall the vents and remove the old HVAC system. I confirmed everything was working properly, and they assured me it was.

That same night, I consulted a trusted HVAC professional who confirmed the system was not configured correctly for variable speed operation. When I called the company to address this, instead of working toward a solution, the conversation shifted to the remaining $500 balance. I was met with hostility and told they “have bills to pay,” despite the fact that I had already paid nearly the full amount promptly and in good faith.

Throughout this entire project, I had several other contractors working in my home, all of whom were professional and paid on time without issue. While this company may be capable of doing decent work, their lack of customer service, poor communication, and rushed execution make them difficult to recommend.

Overall, I would not recommend this company. They rush through jobs, leave a mess, and respond defensively when concerns are raised instead of addressing them professionally.
