Amazing absolutely amazing company. I always go there for parts to maintain my AC and i always get the best treatment. My AC has been leaking water for months driving me crazy, and the lady told me the possible problem and solution, and just like that, its stopped leaking. I cannot thank her enough. I will forever be grateful!!

This morning I called Atlantic AC Supply asking if they had wall vents for my apartment. I gave them the measurements and they confirmed availability.
So at 2:00 PM I went there to buy them. I purchased four vents for a reasonable price and came back home to install them. I installed the one in the master bedroom and the one in the great room.
When I went to install the third one, I realized that one of the flaps was missing its place. I checked the last one I had bought and it was in the same condition.
I decided to go back immediately, and when I arrived, the store owner immediately asked me what was wrong. I approached him and showed the problem. At that moment the lady who took care of me when I purchased, immediately said that the vent had fallen and that someone had damaged it. I told her that I was the only person in my house and that I hadn't even opened the vent's packaging.
The woman started manipulating the vent, trying to bend the sides to fix the problem, to which I replied that I would prefer a new one.
The store owner angrily refused. He said he had carefully handed them to me and they were in perfect condition. He said I had taken them out of the box and everything seemed normal. I replied that I had taken one out to check the screws and see if they matched comparing with the used ones I had brought, which the woman confirmed.
The owner started yelling. I told him there was no need for that, and he continued yelling, telling he knew people like me. I replied that he didn't, that he didn't know who I am, and finished by telling him that I am a decent man.
At that point, I felt it was appropriate to leave the store to prevent things from escalating.
The truth is, I feel I've been scammed. There was no intention of accepting defective parts from the beginning, which violates consumer rights. I definitely cannot recommend them, but this will not go unpunished. I am going to file a complaint with the small business bureau because there is no justification for the kind of treatment I received.

This place is terrible. Kasey is the worst he expects you to know what you need or he won't sell if you ask him questions. This guy should not be allowed to work with the public obviously a little unstable in his interactions. Apparently this place doesn't understand what selling to the public means because they think we should be as trained as an HVAC person. Hey little secret Kasey if that was the case we would be going to other places not your hole in the wall AC supply company. I urge the parents of this man to put him in the warehouse or fire him for his own good.
