Scheduled an inspection with them for a Saturday morning, 9-12. Plumber never showed up. No phone call or text from the company, even when I reached out. Finally got a call at 5:00 PM from a rep saying that the plumber would not be making it today and that they rescheduled him for Tuesday morning. All I needed was a leak detection and an estimate.
I explained that there is no way I would use them for any service because if they cant even show up on the time frame that THEY gave me, and then called me 5 hours later, then how can I trust them to provide any kind of service? All they had to do was take 2 minutes and let me know the situation during the morning, so that I didn't waste my time for nothing. 2 minutes. That's all that was needed. That's a huge red flag for the company. There is no reason that I should have to work and fight to give them my money.
You guys are free to do what you want, but I if a company can't do the basics, then they probably cant do the complicated parts. Just be careful who you give your money too when it comes to contractors.

This company has really gone downhill. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years, I expected to be treated like a valued customer. Instead, they showed complete disregard for my time. Most recently, I took time off work for a scheduled appointment, and they never showed up or even called to let me know. That’s simply unacceptable. The level of customer service has declined dramatically, and I can no longer recommend them.

Very poor customer service, good luck getting past the AI receptionist, when you do, its only to be lied to about your appointment time and date. ART CAN DO BETTER.
