I called 3 different companies to get a quote to fix a part of my ac that came apart, I believe its called the flex. One company was completely booked and couldn't come out. The second company quoted me to replace the flex which didnt need replacement since it wasn't damaged, torn or broken and then they overcharged me for a simple job. Then I called Luis with Arctic Air and right from the start he was honest with me letting me know that the flex just needed to be reconnected and sealed properly and he charged me a great price for the job. I did not hesitate to book it and he came out the next morning! He did such a great job , I immediately recommended him to my family members for their a/c repair needs as well. Luis is now our family ac guy I highly recommend him! We will be calling him for all our air conditioning service needs from now on. He is good at what he does, honest, and very reliable. Thank you!

Called Artic Air because AC wasn’t cooling the house. It was 90 degree weather. Luis fit me in but by the time he came it was dark and my Ac system was on top of my flat roof. He got it running and saved the night. Honesty and reliability are two things hard to find in companies nowadays. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing AC services

Extremely unreliable company. They left me waiting for 48 hours. Said they plan on coming the next day and I waited almost 48 hours until I started calling again asking if they plan on coming still, but they never answered the phone anymore. 10/10 would NOT recommend. And this is not the first time I was left waiting 1-2 days. Thankfully I found someone else now who actually does what they say when they say it.

I hired this company to install a UV light in my AC system, and not only was the initial placement done incorrectly, but what followed was a complete disaster. When I called to have it fixed, they insisted the installation was fine, until I spoke with the owner directly, who then promised to come fix it on a Saturday between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. He never showed up. No call. No text. Nothing. I had to cancel a personal appointment just to be stood up.
When I texted him at 2:25 p.m. to confirm if he was still coming, all he replied was, “I will take care of it.” I had to clarify that this wasn’t just about making a repair, it was about honoring a scheduled professional appointment. His failure to show up, without any notice or explanation, was completely unprofessional. Please refer to the attached screenshot of our text exchange for verification. The phone number in the messages matches the number listed on their Google business profile.
Then Monday rolls around, and the owner sends a worker who literally rips open the side cushion of my AC unit with his bare hands (see on the pictures I posted) just to drill into it, no care, no precision, no professionalism. I immediately called him out on it, and instead of acknowledging the issue, he got defensive and claimed that’s how it’s done. When I questioned his professionalism, he got upset and walked off, leaving my unit completely dismantled, wide open, and exposed. No explanation, no cleanup, just left.
To make things worse, the owner then called me and had the audacity to threaten to come to my home to “see if I dared raise my voice at him.” That kind of behavior is completely out of line, unacceptable, and downright disturbing.
Given the actions outlined, I strongly urge Miami-Dade County to launch an investigation into this business and verify whether their technicians are properly certified and licensed. The physical damage to my AC unit, the complete lack of basic customer service, and the defensive, unprofessional behavior when questioned all point to a blatant disregard for safety standards and legal compliance. This company should be held fully accountable.
