Today AMI sent over Michael. I have used AMI for years and all their Techs are excellent but Michael exceeded all expectations. He knows what he is doing and did an excellent job. He took the time to explain everything that was done and answered questions we had along the way. He went the extra mile to ensure everything was working and done right.

So we got this air unit installed 2 years ago. It was a disaster from the beginning. I complained and it’s broken down a few times. Also they destroyed part of the upper area of the connection area and I need to get that fixed. I HATE writing bad reviews but AVOID this company all you can. I hate to write this but since it was installed it’s been broken at least 5-6 times and now there’s a roach issue thanks to the poor workmanship. American Home shield has come to fix it a few times but they left duct tape on the fan and it seems that the unit may have been used prior to when we bought it. Absolutely awful. Attached is the butchering job they did and I’m trying to fix this tiny space
