Long overdue. We have used All Year for over 40 years and still do. Most recently in May. Came home after a 14 hour work day and no ac. House temperature was 88 degrees. Even though it was 7 PM I received a call back from company. Explained my crazy work schedule and home situation. She listened patiently and sent someone out. He was out in the rain, but persisted. Turns out we were the fools who had not emptied the overflow pan. He never complained. Fixed it and was done about an hour after arriving. I am an All Year customer for life!

All Year Cooling did a full replacement of our ductwork and HVAC system 5 years ago. From day 1 we had issues with the air handler dripping and even through multiple brand replacements it continues to drip. After noticing mold on our ceiling All Year Cooling came to inspect and two of their own technicians were shocked at how poorly installed the duct system was. Ducts are laying on the attic floor, sitting on top of each other and wound around in ways that are unnecessary and causing condensation and wet spots on the attic floor. While acknowledging the issues, All Year Cooling has not come to rectify the situation and will not return my calls. I see in other reviews that this is a pattern and while I see that the owner responded that "Communication is key to success" the company will not take my calls nor return any messages-yet when I call using someone else's number I am immediately connected to someone in their office. We entrusted All Year Cooling to provide one of the most essential mechanical systems in our home and they did so with careless regard for our family's wellbeing. They do not care that their installation has led to mold in a home occupied by young children and have avoided all intents to get the issues with the ductwork resolved so that things don't get worse.
Update: upon calling and requesting to speak with a manager based on the owner suggested comment-the manager wouldn’t take my call nor return it. This company appears to have no interest in rectifying their mistakes.

I’ve never seen a company as terrible as all year cooling, I had a fixed date meeting with an installer but he failed to show up. I bet they finally realized the mess they’ve cost me. The annoying thing is that this is even coming after I’ve made payment like I was asked to. This single move goes as far as proving that majority of the post here are false.
