Five star service, our a/c blew on Sunday morning and Todd sent one of his men that day to look at the unit and quote us a price for a new unit. Todd had the new unit at our house the next morning and Monday at 2 pm we had a new a/c installed and up and running. Todd came with his crew and supervised the whole new set up which was a life saver in this heat. The house without air got up to 91 degrees with fans on, it was unbearable. Todd took the bull by the horns and in less then 48 hours we had a brand new a/c unit installed and running at a nice price. We give them full marks for their attitude and work ethic, reminds me of service people from decades ago. We give our highest recommendation to use All Temperature Service, we renewed our service contract with them as they have always been efficient and happy to know they are a phone call away. We’ve been using this company for over 20 years. The owner was a friend of my dad’s from soccer and we always had a good experience. However, our air conditioning is broken and my mother called them this morning and what I’m assuming is the original owners son answered and was so rude and unprofessional. After over 20 years, and what I thought was a good relationship, we will be going elsewhere. It’s always nice to support family owned businesses especially when there’s no shortage of competitor big businesses, and being rude and having an attitude on the phone is absolutely not ok. I’m only writing this review not because I actually think it will change anything, but because they are losing a long-term client. Best wishes.

Got a new ac a little over a year ago and has been nothing but it issues. Have had them come out since installation almost a dozen times and no one can figure out why the ac runs but the temp inside keeps going up. Been waiting over a month for a call back to go over options….all the people who have come out have been nice but unable to fix the issue. Advise to go elsewhere…
