When I called I was desperate for ac and when this company could h e taken advantage and charged me a service call fee to come out for the silliest reason the man on the phone walked me through all the possibilities and although I checked everything there was 1 thing I didn’t check the float sensor was angled downwards so the drain line was clear but the auto off sensor was activated while on the phone. With him I noticed this because of his cues and immediately my ac switched on.
I wanted to send him at least a tip and he declined so I figured the least I could do was leave him a review because he could have easily collected a quick $200-500 from me in that moment because I was so absolutely desperate for ac

What a great guy Joe is. Always ready to help over the phone and gives right-on-the-money advice. I was having a very distinct issue and I had called another AC service in the area overnight. They told me I was looking at $1500 to clean indoor coils, outdoor coils, to change a line filter and add a "hard start kit."
The next morning, suspecting unnecessary upsells, I called Joe and he has me do a series of tests over the phone. Being handy myself, I was able to do some basic exercises with my AC when he says: it might not be your AC, call an electrician. He refers me to a (really) great electrician, and the guy shows up himself because none of his techs were available, swaps out my service breaker that kept tripping and I'm up and running in less than 20 minutes. For less than $200. Joe's the guy to call if you want someone who REALLY knows AC's. I like the process of elimination he uses to get to the core of the issue and avoid unnecessary expenses. Quick to respond to inquire but Tech was 40 minutes late. I was not given a window. The text clearly stated Tech will arrive at noon. As a business owner, I understand communication is key. I reached out to dispatch and explained first impressions mean a lot. I canceled the service call and Tech showed up 20 minutes after I canceled my appointment. He stated he was in an accident and dispatch said he was stuck in traffic. Whatever the truth is Respecting people's time is important. A phone call to let me know of the delay would have saved the sale.

I called this company because my air conditioner is not working and I told them that I need it, I have a baby and dogs, this person that answered said that he doesn’t have time until next week, what the hell I’m going to without air condition in Florida !!!!!!! And the worst part is that he doesn’t have time because he is going to a meeting? Worst company

some one answers the phone quickly, but is clueless, he will do the best to take advantage of the customer. put on a big show, with lots of delay. Called another company spoke with a real human, and they did a great job with a descent price. This company is a one man show business, takes all the calls but play games. Hard to trust and do business with.
