I called late afternoon on a Friday and to my surprise, they actually sent a technician out right away. He did a thorough check of my AC and told me just what he found. They had to replace the coils and the distributor was already closed. Adrian was able to pick up the coils the next morning (Saturday) and completed the job and rechecked everything ON SATURDAY, thank heavens. Everyone I dealt was very helpful, nice and friendly and Adrian, (technician) explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. In short, Air Supply is my new AC company, I won't waste my time calling anyone else.

They charged $1385 + credit card processing fees to repair a 3-year old water-source heat pump (condominium) air-conditioning that broke again less than two weeks later. Rather than honor the warranty they tried to charge me an additional $285.

Incorrect and misleading from the beginning. To make the long story short, what they say over the phone is completely different that what you get once they arrive. I would advise to go with another company. They will over price the job. If you are ok with paying double the amount, then go for it. I got another company to do the same thing for half the price. Stay away from this one, my advise.
