Mike Dexter is a rare breed. Especially in this day and age. He was HONEST! He did not try to gouge us- or SELL us systems we didn’t need. We have been using Quality Control for over 10 years, and they have consistently provided outstanding service. Karen is knowledgeable and always happy to help make an expedited appointment. Most recently, Neville cleaned both our dryer vent and AC vents, and he did an exceptional job.
Neville was professional, punctual, courteous, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when he was finished. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work.

Absolutely insulting proposal to clean out ducts . $5,300 for a 5 bedroom house lmao . Almost comical . Absolutely disgusting. I have 100,000 sq foot 10 unit car dealerships and we pay around 3,200 for 10 AC units , 75 returns , 100,000 compounds . 5,300 to do a house . Lmao complete my insulting and disgustingly gouging pricing

Will never recommend this service to anyone. They are fast when they trying to take money from you, but if they messed up, you won't hear from them EVER.
I hired this service on February, next day my husband went to change the air filter, ac door vent fall off and almost hit him!( He could've end up in the hospital) the door was broken, we saw bunch tapes and the spring came off too! Called the company at least 5 times to finally get a hold to someone to check the door, the conclusion was we need a new door. Called another 5 times to finally spoke with the owner, she would not take the blame and told me her employee told her the door was already broken. The way she talked to me was as if I'm lying, trying to take advantage of her company.She told me she will only write me a check for half of the cost of a new door since they didn't broke it, the only mistake from them was they simply didn't informed us that our door was broken. I told her at the moment it was fair enough since I thought maybe we were wrong.( I wasn't present when they did the service)
After I talked to my husband, he confirmed the door was not broken last time he changed the filter and after they did the service it was broken.
It's the end of May now( three months after the service) I still didn't get the check she promised. I called her and there is no apology whatsoever. She said she will let the office look into it. Still didn't hear anything from them. At the point, I gave up!! The end of day it's not about the $30 check, it's how they handle customer service and it's terrible. All this time was me trying to get a hold for them, they always said they will call you back, never once. For the service is $800, not worth it of all the aggrevation.
