Worst company ever. My mom is elderly and was stood up several times for a repair appointment. Now is day 5 without a/c . if you want to melt in Florida’s heat, this is the most horrible company to call when your air breaks. Now to install a new unit, boy are they quick to take your money – stay away.

Had them install an air-conditioning unit in my new home last year. We had some electrical problems so we were unable to use it until now. The unit has no refrigerant in it and the blower had a problem. I called them to come fix it and they told me that they no longer worked with York air conditioners. I called York for my warranty and they told me they can't help because it was an installation issue. Universal Air and Heat have left me completely out to dry and have been extremely unhelpful. I paid full price for an air conditioning system and have been cooking in the hot summer heat despite it. They have been no show multiple times they were supposed to come my house to figure it out as well. Do not recommend.

Despite emailing and calling your company hundreds of times I still have not received my air conditioning permit. I now received a letter from palm beach county asking for me to have a permit for my air conditioning. I don’t know what to do. No matter how many calls and e-mails I sent. I am still expect you your help.
