Our fan blower needed to be replaced. The tech came and replaced the broken fan blower with a temporary old fan blower and told us the new blower is on back order. The fan blower is under a warranty so Air Conditioner Warranty told us it would ONLY cost us $1,600.00 for the labor to replace it. We’ve been a customer for years but thought that price for installing a new fan blower was exorbitant. We checked with other highly recommended A/C service companies and we found out the cost would be $450.00 for labor since our fan blower was under warranty. When we called Air Conditioning Warranty to ask them about the huge difference in cost for the same service, they refused to explain why they were charging so much and also refused to reduce what they wanted to charge us. We have had a service contract with them for years which we had renewed recently. They will no longer have our business. The other company installed our new fan blower for $450.00 and we will be using them in the future.

Bought a 9k AC unit just over one year ago. Already needs a new motor! We got the warranty that covers parts for one year and labor for a year. They want $2600 for labor to replace the motor! I think this is outrageous! They said it’s that much because they have to buy a new motor, so what was the warranty for??? This company is just dishonest with how the warranty works. Would not recommend them!

Used to be a loyal customer- will most definitely not recommend them to anyone nor use them any longer.
We bought a brand new $10,000 unit 1 year and 7 months ago and warranty to cover 10 years. Our motor just broke and they want to charge us $2650 for parts and labor, even though we have a warranty!
