From the start, the tech, came with the idea that I was replacing my AC unit, when I called for the service I asked for and estimated for tune up I never said anything about replacing my AC.
Then he try the sell me an anual membership for repairs and maintenance.
He hardly touched the unit, didn’t clean the coils or the inside of it saying that the unit was to old and nobody will touch it ( my unit it’s only 10 years old, the one that I had before lasted 30 years!!!

Avoid this company! How do your AC be in worst shape after they leave. My handler was just leaking water they drain the line however my AC had cool air running. After they leave no cold air. They went outside to my unit and sabotage it so I would pay for the high price unit. I have no cold air and I know they damage it so I would have to pay for they high pricking unit.

These guys are scam artists. Had a mini split die in the garage. easy access, easy replacement. Quoted $4,500 to simply replace with a new unit. We were told $4,000 after "discounts". Then I saw they installed probably the cheapest mini split you can buy. Reviews says "budget friendly but parts are hard to get and don't stack up to premium brands". I asked for them to call me with an explanation of the bill because I received a lump sum invoice of 4K that says mini split replacement. no call. so basically they installed an $800 unit for $4K (two hours of work, if being generous, for two techs). So $1,500 per hour for labor
Then they checked my 2 year old central AC and "found" a leak. Charged $250 for leak check and said it's the coils. My wife asked how that happened and they said neglect and showed her a photo of dirty coils. They urged her to sign up for regular maintenance and she did because she was freaked out. That's when I got home to see them removing the coils. I inspected inside and out and found no dirt. It looked exactly as a 2 year old unit should look. Took photos and asked a different tech how is this classified as dirty? he said it looks good actually. So what photo was shown to my wife? Who knows.
The coil techs burned holes on my carpet and floors and left without saying anything like I wouldn't notice. Then I inspected the unit and found they installed a new filter (my personal filtrete merv 8) upside down. This confirmed to me these guys have no clue what they're doing.
Got charged a hefty price for coil replacement that took 20 minutes, holes in my carpet and floor, and to destroy one of my filters
