Realmente la peor experiencia de mi vida. Compramos un AC nuevo en mayo 2025 y no ha dejado de dar problemas desde el inicio. Después de muchos reclamos nos dijeron que debíamos pagar una nueva instalación. En noviembre pagamos US$ 1,000 adicionales a los US$ 8,000 del equipo nuevo y los problemas persisten. El departamento está alquilado a una señora en silla de ruedas y el AC se mantiene en 80 grados y no nos dan solución. Después de varios correos me respondieron que están esperando que lleguen unos repuestos. Nunca nos dijeron que algo fallaba. No compren nada a esta empresa, una vez que cobran no se preocupan por el servicio post venta. Y es una total estafa.

Extremely Disappointed, Unprofessional and Costly Mistake
I had AAA Modern Air perform maintenance on my AC unit in September 2025, and ever since, my home has experienced serious electrical issues, power flickering, the AC turning on and off, and the heater not working at all. Initially, I assumed it was a power issue, so I hired a licensed electrician to inspect the system. To my shock, he discovered that components were missing from the AC unit and that the wiring had been done incorrectly. These issues only became apparent when the heating element was activated, which the electrician confirmed was not connected properly.
This was not a minor oversight, it was a major error that cost me $550 out of pocket to diagnose and begin to fix. When I reached out to AAA Modern Air, their response was dismissive. Rather than taking accountability, they deflected blame and refused to offer any reimbursement, despite the clear evidence that the problems began immediately after their service.
I expected professionalism and integrity, but instead, I’m left with a damaged system, a hefty repair bill, and zero support from the company responsible. I would not recommend AAA Modern Air to anyone looking for reliable or honest HVAC service.Ricardo Velasquez, 1 star, via Google
