They came to my house after the AC out for 3 months. Landlord finally called. They work with them. Stayed 15 minutes. Charged the AC – I told him it wasnt working – he said the AC is bad and talk to the landlord to replace. Then told the landlord it was fixed. Nahhhh. Garbage.

This company is not recommendable at all. We had purchased a duct cleaning through Groupon. The technician that showed up did only half the job of what was included. We called the company and they reluctantly said they would wen someone out a month later to finish. We waited in vein and none ever showed up. When we called back and explained what happened they hung up the phone and didn't answer until we called from an different number. Once again they promised to send someone out. This time a week later and the same thing happened. No one showed up and two days later we tried to call and as soon as they realized who was calling they hung up and never answered the phone from then on. This company is fraudulent, full of lies and empty promises. Thanks for wasting my time and money 123 air repair.
